To execute and administer organization-wide recruitment plans, selection, and hiring cycle in order to staff GCAA positions with competent people through sourcing and internal movement
Manpower

Update the manpower plan and the vacancy list is kept up to date for tracking and monitoring.
Talent Acquisition

Identify and engage with the most appropriate sources of obtaining the right profiles for the roles identified for different departments

Screen, interview, and select right fits for selection process

Administer assessment tools to ensure proper selection
On-boarding

Undertake work to ensure employees’ visas and contractual formalities are completed in time for selected candidates.

Act as a single point of contact with the selected candidates in completing the joining formalities.

Ensure all Government and management approvals are obtained according to the policy and the system.

Undertake work to ensure employees’ visas and re-location formalities are completed.

Undertake orientation programs for new hires to ensure faster on-boarding.
Nationalization
-
Assist the nationalization activities and education programs (including but not limited to Future Aviators, Aviation & Air Space Law, Masters Sponsorship Programs, Emiratization campaigns etc.).

Support the line manager in preparing and monitoring the Nationalization plans and KPIs in GCAA.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with 1 year experience or as defined in the JD matrix
