JOB DESCRIPTION

Greet customers professionally and assist them with inquiries related to vehicle testing, registration, and inspection services.

Guide customers through the process and ensure they have the required documents.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.

Follow RTA regulations, company policies, and customer service standards at all times.

Achieve the KPI of Mystery Shopper visits
