Officer/Senior Officer Stores

Lahore, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify opening stock daily, with a focus on running/critical items.
  • Verify all incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate records of items received, issued, stored, or transferred to other locations.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
  • Compile reports on inventory movements, discrepancies, and consumption trends.
  • Monitor and analyze stock aging, highlight obsolete or slow-moving stock to management for action.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of inventory as per standards.
  • Assist in stock audits and provide necessary records to auditors.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines in store management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in store/warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory handling, stock verification, and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP for inventory and store management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
