About the Role
We are a fast-growing backend partner for apparel & D2C brands, providing end-to-end solutions including garment printing, inventory management, fulfilment, and bulk production support.
This role is for someone who enjoys meeting founders, visiting offices, building relationships, and bringing serious B2B clients, not sitting behind a laptop all day.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Identify and approach apparel brands, D2C founders, and fashion startups
- Visit brand offices, co-working spaces, warehouses, and industrial areas
- Explain our backend solutions (printing, fulfilment, inventory, bulk supply)
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients
2. Partnerships & Referrals
- Build relationships with:
- Performance marketing agencies
- D2C consultants
- Brand managers & sourcing heads
- Set up referral and partnership arrangements
- Maintain ongoing relationships to generate repeat leads
3. Market Research & Intelligence
- Track new and growing D2C apparel brands in the region
- Collect competitor pricing, offerings, and market feedback
- Share insights with management for offer and pricing improvements
4. Coordination & Follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal ops and management teams for onboarding new clients
- Follow up on meetings, proposals, and trial orders
- Ensure smooth handover once client is onboarded
Who Should ApplyRequired:
- 1–4 years experience in offline B2B sales / marketing
- Comfortable with field work, meetings, and travel within the city
- Strong communication in English + Hindi (local language is a plus)
- Confident in talking to founders, business owners, and senior managers
- Basic understanding of apparel, printing, logistics, or D2C is a plus

- Fancy marketing tools
- Social media or ad skills
