The Offline Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring offline marketing activities to increase brand visibility, footfall, and sales across physical channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including events, exhibitions, roadshows, and in-store promotions
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, malls, and external agencies for marketing materials and activations
- Manage branding materials such as banners, standees, flyers, brochures, and POS displays
- Support retail stores with local marketing initiatives to drive walk-ins and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and submit activity and expense reports
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth execution of promotions
- Assist in organizing product launches, brand activations, and promotional events
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all offline marketing activities
- Handle budgets and track expenses for offline campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in offline / field / retail marketing
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel and work on-ground as required
