Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Mandarin‑speaking Off‑Plan Real Estate Sales Expert to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who understands off‑plan products, excels at working with Chinese‑speaking investors, and can confidently present new developments, payment plans, and ROI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a strong pipeline of Mandarin‑speaking buyers and investors
• Present off‑plan projects, payment plans, and investment benefits clearly and persuasively
• Conduct client meetings, project tours, and developer presentations in Mandarin and English
• Maintain expert knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan market and upcoming launches
• Build long‑term relationships with investors and end‑users
• Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and admin support
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in off‑plan real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain payment plans, ROI, and investment value clearly
• Professional appearance and a results‑driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
