Position Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Banking Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll support customers of a major financial institution by resolving inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding banking products and services
  • Assist with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting issues
  • Provide accurate information while adhering to banking regulations and company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service or banking is an asset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
