OHC staff Nurse

Job Title: Nurse – OHC staff

Role Purpose:

Provide quality nursing care, support doctors, assist in consultations, manage patient needs, and ensure smooth clinic operations while following professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and compassionate patient care.

Support doctors during consultations (history, vitals, triage, ECG, reports, EMR entry).

Counsel patients on treatment, medicines, and follow-ups.

Handle patient queries (in person/phone/email) and provide health information.

Assist in booking appointments, follow-ups, and investigations.

Manage emergencies with first aid, stabilization, and hospital transfer if needed.

Ensure infection control, documentation, and confidentiality.

Participate in health camps, wellness initiatives, and occupational health activities.

Maintain professionalism, teamwork, empathy, and integrity.

Qualifications:

Essential: GNM from a recognized institute.

Preferred: B.Sc. Nursing.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in a similar role.

Skills Required:

Strong clinical and nursing skills.

Good communication & interpersonal skills.
