Oil Spill Responder

• Respond promptly to oil spill incidents in accordance with emergency response procedures
• Deploy and operate oil spill response equipment such as booms, skimmers, and absorbents
• Assist in containment, recovery, and cleanup of oil spills on land or water
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of spill response equipment
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
• Participate in drills, training sessions, and emergency preparedness activities
• Report incident details, response actions, and observations accurately
• Coordinate with response teams, supervisors, and external agencies as required
• Ensure proper disposal of recovered oil and contaminated materials
• Maintain readiness by keeping equipment and response materials organized and available
