Position Overview
We are seeking an Oilfield Coordinator to oversee and manage daily oilfield operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal teams. The Oilfield Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Absolute Oilfield LLC’s reputation for excellence in oilfield services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate oilfield activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and operational support.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, reports, and operational data.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports on oilfield performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing meetings, site visits, and company initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s energy regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in oilfield coordination or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of oilfield processes, safety standards, and industry workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and oilfield management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
