About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract in Lawton, OK. This is a great opportunity for an RT/RRT with strong cardiopulmonary experience who is comfortable supporting patients across different age groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care for patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and chest physiotherapy
• Monitor and support patients on mechanical ventilation
• Assist with treatment plans for conditions such as COPD, asthma, and pneumonia
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members
• Assess patient response to therapy and document care accurately

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Respiratory Therapist license required
• Minimum 3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Experience with cardiopulmonary care and respiratory treatments
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong patient care, communication, and clinical assessment skills
