This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and growing hotel & lifestyle brand. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations efficiently, responding to inquiries professionally, and optimizing the hotel’s occupancy levels.
You will be working at OKU’s newest luxurious location, opening in May 2026 in Bodrum, Turkey. This hands-on role invites you to be part of an award-winning brand known for its commitment to quality and excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Manage reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Communicate professionally with guests throughout the reservation process.
- Check room availability and offer the most suitable options to guests.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management.
- Stay updated on room rates, promotions, and special packages to provide accurate information.
- Handle special requests and VIP reservations while coordinating with relevant departments.
- Monitor reservation cancellations, modifications, and no-shows, taking necessary actions.
- Ensure reservation systems are updated and accurate at all times.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing and Front Office departments to maximize occupancy rates.
- Consider guest feedback to enhance service quality and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in pricing strategies in line with revenue management policies.
- Follow all hotel reservation policies and procedures.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a hotel reservation or front office role is preferred.
- Guest-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English (Additional language skills are a plus).
