Overview
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to be part of the Learning and Development (L&D) team within the Human Capital function. This role will be part of the global Learning and Development team, responsible for organizing, delivering and evaluating high quality training programs and training events for Oliver Wyman's Consultant populations. The role will have a regional focus within India, Middle East & Africa, and may require travel. The role can be based out of our Dubai or Riyadh office, and may support programs delivered for the Support Professional, Specialist or Partner population.
Responsibilities
- Program Custodian: Own and communicate how L&D programs fit into broader colleague development and establish knowledge of required skills at various career stages.
- Relationship Management: Coordinate with Attendees, Faculty and Human Capital functions (e.g., Talent Management, Recruiting) to synchronize training with career progression; develop strong relationships with internal facilitators and external vendors to enhance program delivery.
- Program Delivery Ownership: Oversee all planning aspects including logistics for classroom and virtual sessions (room bookings, catering, materials); select and foster relationships with appropriate facilitators based on course content and participant profiles; serve as in-room host to foster a supportive learning atmosphere; manage onsite logistics and attendee inquiries; organize team-building and social events within budget; act as co-host in virtual training sessions using tools like Workday Learning and Zoom.
- Continuous Improvement: Summarize feedback from participants and facilitators to identify improvement areas; work with the L&D team to enhance operational efficiencies.
- L&D Advocacy: Drive and engage in internal initiatives to enhance the visibility of the L&D brand in the IMEA region.
Experience Required
- 3 to 8 years experience in corporate Learning and Development.
- Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of both complex virtual and in-person programs.
- Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment; professional services or management consulting background preferred.
- Familiarity with the GCC region is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of L&D tools (LMS/LXP, Event Management software) is essential.
