Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Omni-Channel Marketplace Specialist to accelerate growth of our beauty and fragrance brands across leading e-commerce channels including Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate has strong marketplace experience combined with a passion for beauty, consumer trends, and premium product storytelling.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage all operational aspects of product listings: content, pricing, stock accuracy, delivery performance

* Enhance product discoverability through marketplace SEO and compelling beauty-focused visuals

* Execute campaign calendars and promotional initiatives tailored to beauty & fragrance seasonality

* Track performance KPIs including revenue, conversion, ratings, and share of shelf; propose growth actions

* Apply competitive insights and category analytics to optimize assortment and price positioning

* Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for flawless executions

* Build business relationships with platform account managers to maximize premium brand visibility

* Maintain superior brand representation aligned with category standards and luxury guidelines

* Provide weekly/monthly reporting on traffic, sales, profitability, and consumer feedback


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields

* 3-5 years of experience in marketplaces, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance categories

* Experience in managing marketplace campaigns and commercial operations

* Analytical capability with strong command of Excel and reporting dashboards

* Detail-oriented mindset with commercial focus and problem-solving skills

* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

* Interest in beauty and fragrance trends, digital consumer journeys, and category dynamics
