What You’ll Be Doing
As a CRM Trainee in the Central CRM team, you will support the setup and day-to-day management of automated customer lifecycle journeys and help with the technical operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role is ideal for someone who is curious about marketing technology and wants hands-on experience in CRM automation.
Key responsibilities
Creating and updating Email/SMS/ WhatsApp templates (guided by existing standards)
Assisting with Journey Builder setup and QA checks
Supporting Audience/Data Extensions creation and basic hygiene (naming, fields, counts)
Link checks, content checks, personalization checks, Audience list testing
Delivery, opens/clicks, bounce trends, basic journey health checks
Campaign/journey checklists, how-to notes, tracking sheets
