Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in campaign management, category or retail marketing, and partnership development.
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing customer-centric growth strategies across digital and physical channels.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid background in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and churn reduction.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, apply advanced customer segmentation, and derive actionable insights to optimize growth efforts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, CRM, data, product).
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data into strategic decisions.
  • Confident in creating and delivering presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Agile, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven, open to feedback, and passionate about teamwork.


Job Description


  • Lead the development and execution of data-driven, omnichannel growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive customer base expansion through innovative acquisition and engagement tactics.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to design and launch growth campaigns and customer lifecycle programs.
  • Identify and activate high-impact growth levers, including new channels, customer journeys, and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor key KPIs to evaluate performance, optimize strategies, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to improve retention, lifetime value, and channel efficiency.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in omnichannel retail, marketing technologies, and data-driven growth methodologies.
  • Translate customer behavior insights into measurable business actions.
