Job Description:

  • Proven leadership experience in Sales, preferably within FMCG and Modern Trade environments
  • Strong people management skills, with a focus on talent development and building high-performing teams
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with deep business insight
  • Demonstrated success in key account management and complex negotiations
  • High collaboration and communication skills, with a cross-functional influence
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Turkish

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead and manage Modern Trade sales team in Türkiye
  • Deliver quality growth through net sales value (NSV) delivery based on supply chain and portfolio strategy
  • Ensure operational excellence in trade execution (TE), total landed investment (TLI), and margin after cost (MAC)
  • Enable sustained performance through key customer scorecards (MAS, TAS) and regular performance reviews
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to embed category-first and customer-centric culture
  • Develop customer joint business plans, lead key negotiations, and manage strategic partnerships
  • Identify market trends and develop channel strategies aligned with long-term commercial goals
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve both business and individual growth objectives
