About Chai Vision
Chai Vision is a fast-growing eCommerce company managing a portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands across high-impact categories—from fitness and wellness to home goods, pet care, children's products, outdoor products, kitchen essentials, and supplements. We scale rapidly on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop through a data-driven, community-first approach and a relentless focus on product-market fit.
The organization is driven by a data-informed approach to growth, disciplined operational execution, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and customer experiences at scale. Chai Vision continues to invest in expanding its omnichannel sales strategy and retail presence worldwide, offering team members the opportunity to contribute within a fast-paced, performance-oriented organization focused on sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Role Summary
Omnify is ChaiVision's middleware platform — the critical layer that moves data between SellerCloud, Sage Intacct, Dataself, and the broader reporting and operational infrastructure. Today, there is no dedicated administrator for Omnify. Data flow configuration, connection monitoring, and troubleshooting are handled reactively, creating risk around data freshness, pipeline reliability, and integration drift that only surfaces when downstream reports break or systems fall out of sync.
The Omnify Admin will own the health, configuration, and day-to-day operations of the Omnify platform end-to-end. This is a hands-on, operationally critical role for someone who thrives on keeping integrations running, data flowing, and systems connected — ensuring every team at ChaiVision can trust the data that powers their decisions.
What You'll Do
Platform Administration & Configuration
Own the day-to-day administration of the Omnify middleware platform — managing configurations, data flow rules, and integration settings
Maintain and update integration mappings between SellerCloud, Sage Intacct, Dataself, and other connected systems as business requirements evolve
Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within the Omnify platform
Ensure platform configurations are documented, version-controlled, and aligned with the organization's data governance standards
Data Pipeline Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor all data pipelines and integration flows daily — checking connection statuses, scheduled job completions, and data transfer accuracy
Proactively identify and resolve data flow failures, sync errors, and pipeline bottlenecks before they impact downstream reporting or operations
Troubleshoot data discrepancies between source and destination systems by tracing issues through the Omnify middleware layer
Maintain alerting and monitoring protocols to ensure rapid detection and escalation of critical pipeline failures
Cross-System Integration Support
Collaborate with the Integrations team (Imran Malik) to ensure data pipeline reliability from Omnify into Dataself and other reporting platforms
Support the SellerCloud Admin and Dataself Admin to ensure data flowing through Omnify reaches its destinations accurately and on schedule
Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams when integration changes affect their data feeds or reporting outputs
Assist with onboarding new data sources or systems into the Omnify integration layer as ChaiVision scales
Documentation, Governance & Vendor Management
Maintain a comprehensive integration catalog documenting all active Omnify data flows, their sources, destinations, schedules, and owners
Keep an admin log of all platform changes, configuration updates, and incident resolutions
Liaise with Omnify vendor support for platform-level bugs, upgrades, and configuration assistance
Support the Director of Data & BI with platform capacity planning, vendor engagement, and quarterly integration architecture reviews
