Overview:
iSoftTek Solutions Inc is seeking an OMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will involve both technical and functional expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS), focusing on optimizing and enhancing client business processes.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessment and analysis of client OMS requirements and business processes.
• Design, implement, and optimize OMS solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of OMS applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in OMS as a techno-functional consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools related to OMS.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
