On-Call Esthetician (Independent Contractor)

We are looking for a passionate and professional Licensed Esthetician to work on-call as an Independent Contractor, providing services during events, pop-ups, and special collaborations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality esthetic services during events.
• Tailor services to client needs in a relaxing, high-vibration environment.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and setup.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in esthetics.
• Demonstrate knowledge of various skin types, products, and skincare ingredients.
• Collaborate with the spa team when needed, while working independently.

Requirements:

• Valid Esthetician License in Michigan.
• Must operate as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and passionate about client care.
• Reliable and available for on-call shifts.
• Ability to adapt to client preferences.

Compensation:

Percentage-based or per-service compensation.
