On-Call Event Servers

Carrie Dove Catering & Events is seeking friendly, professional, and dependable Catered Event Servers to help create exceptional guest experiences at weddings, corporate events, galas, and private parties throughout the Bay Area.

We offer flexible on-call shifts.

Pay:

• $24-$28 hourly rate depending on experience
• Tips

What You'll Do

• Set up event spaces, tables, chairs, linens, and service stations
• Provide polished food and beverage service during events
• Pass appetizers, serve plated meals, and assist with buffet service and food stations
• Provide table-side beverage service, including pouring and replenishing water and wine for guests
• Bus and clear tables throughout service
• Assist with event breakdown and loading at the end of service
• Work closely with captains, bartenders, kitchen staff, and event managers

Qualifications

• 2+ years of catered event serving experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to event locations throughout the Bay Area
