On-Call Motorcycle Rider / Courier

The Role: Motorcycle Rider / Courier

We are hiring a reliable and professional Rider to support Moto-Med’s delivery operations.

In this role, you will operate as a rider/courier, performing time-sensitive pickups and deliveries while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities Courier / Rider Duties

  • Complete time-critical deliveries with precision, urgency, and professionalism, prioritizing efficient point-to-point service.
  • Maintain strict chain of custody, accurate documentation, and secure handling procedures at all times.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch throughout each assignment, including pickup and delivery confirmations, route updates, delays, and ETAs.
  • Represent Moto-Med professionally at hospitals, laboratories, and partner facilities.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safety-focused presence while performing all assigned duties.
  • Follow all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct basic pre- and post-shift inspections of assigned motorbike and equipment, promptly reporting any issues.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Company policies.
  • Support accurate incident reporting and participate in route debriefs when required.

Requirements

  • Motorcycle Experience: Minimum 10 years riding experience
  • Must meet eligibility requirements under the Company’s commercial motor vehicle insurance policy
  • License: Clean California motorcycle license (M1) with strong driving record
  • Professional, calm under pressure, and highly reliable
  • Strong communicator (phone/app-based dispatch coordination)
  • Previous CHP experience is a plus
