On-Call & Temporary Nannies – Full-Time and Part-Time Care in San Francisco & Surrounding Areas Needed

Are you a childcare provider, daycare professional, or educator looking to make a meaningful impact through one-on-one care? We’re hiring passionate individuals to provide reliable, nurturing, and high-quality support to families in San Francisco and the surrounding areas.

As a full-time/part-time nanny, you’ll provide personalized care in home-based and varied settings tailored to each child's needs. We're seeking candidates who can commit to 20–40 hours per week and are enthusiastic about creating safe, engaging, and emotionally supportive environments for children.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Legal to work in the US
• Mature and Reliable
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, energetic, and flexible attitude
• Minimum of 2 years of childcare experience, after the age of 18. Your experience must encompass infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children.
• Preferably with at least one year of experience working with children with special needs.
• 2 relevant verifiable childcare references
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• Trustline Certification or willing to be
• Recent TB Test, Tdap, Some families may require Covid Vaccination
• The job requires lifting at least 15 pounds, navigating stairs, and actively playing with children.
• Complete an INA Nanny Basic Skills Assessment

Responsibilities:

• Preparing bottles and disinfecting bottles
• Preparing meals and snacks for the children/feeding
• Changing diapers
• Putting children down for naps
• Playtime supervision
• Creating fun and engaging activities
• Cleaning up after the children
• Light laundry for the children
• Organizing/tidying the children's space/play area
• Loading and unloading very light dishes after children’s meals
