On-Ground Operations Executive – Events

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on candidate to manage on-ground technical operations for events. The role involves setting up, monitoring, and managing event-related technical requirements such as sound, lights, LED screens, and other equipment. The candidate should ensure smooth execution, troubleshoot issues on-site, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical setup & operations during events (sound, lights, AV, LED, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors, Technical team and event teams for timely execution.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting to ensure smooth event flow.
• Oversee logistics, equipment handling, and safety compliance.
• Provide technical support before, during, and after events.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in event technical operations.
• Good Communication,Flexible with night shift & Ready to travel across India
• Knowledge of event equipment (sound/AV/LED/lights).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,390.01 - ₹25,259.81 per month
