Job Overview

RAG Process LLC is hiring an experienced On-Site Accountant for its operations in Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. This role is based at project/field sites rather than a traditional office environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounts-related activities directly at the site and ensuring accurate financial tracking of ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts records at project/site location
• Manage site-based cash handling and expense tracking
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Verify invoices, bills, and site expenditures
• Coordinate with head office for financial reporting and compliance
• Handle petty cash and site reimbursements
• Ensure accurate documentation of all financial transactions at site
• Assist in budgeting and cost monitoring for site operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Prior experience in on-site/field accounting preferred
• Strong MS Excel and accounting software skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a site-based environment
