On-Site Foreman

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced On-Site Foreman to oversee daily operations, manage workers, and ensure all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle on-site challenges professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day on-site activities
• Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, quality standards, and timelines
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with HSE regulations
• Report progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager
• Inspect work areas to identify potential hazards or quality concerns
• Guide and support workers to achieve daily targets
• Communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and team members

Requirements

• Preferable - Asia Nationality
• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Strong technical understanding of site operations
• Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems on-site
• Knowledge of safety protocols and site regulations
• UAE experience preferred (optional: driving license required / advantage)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate (preferred)
• Minimum 2 Years experience in a similar role
• Ability to lead a team of diverse nationalities
