Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities, ensure project quality, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to supervise site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure timely project completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensure all work is executed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
• Monitor project schedules and highlight any delays or risks
• Implement safety measures and ensure adherence to HSE guidelines
• Assist in material estimation, procurement, and site documentation
• Attend site meetings and communicate technical updates to management

Requirements

• Preferred Nationality - Asia
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, site procedures, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiar with project management tools and site reporting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Valid UAE driving license
