Construction Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Construction Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors, and supporting the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain workflow
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and site conditions to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site
• Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and company policies
• Attend site meetings and support the Project Engineer/Manager with documentation

Requirements

• Asia Nationality - Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 Years of experience as a Construction Engineer (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiar with project management software and reporting tools
• Valid UAE driving license (advantage)
