On Site Graphic Designer

Image 360, a thriving national company specializing in visual communications solutions, is seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and developing print-ready graphic designs and artwork, ranging from single-color to multi-color and four-color projects.

Additionally, you will prepare art and job layouts for materials to be printed or digitally imaged, based on client specifications. Proficiency in software programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PDF, and knowledge of layouts and graphic fundamentals is essential. You will also perform pre-press file preparation functions to ensure the quality is suitable for output to the designated digital device.

Lastly, you will contribute to sign and graphics projects by assisting in equipment operation, including vinyl plotting, wide format image printing, and laminating. Join our team and be part of creating stunning visual experiences for our valued clients.

$20 - $25 hourly based on experience

• Create beautiful visual images that accurately capture the client’s concept for their brand
• Collaborate with customers and internal team members on projects
• Proficiently create images and work within a wide range of media
• Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and production requirements
• Identify, match, select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and can be produced into a quality product
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects to help determine the best course of action
• Maintain that the clients' brand guidelines are met
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications
• Determine complementary products and messaging for graphic design pieces
• Provide proofs, correct for errors, and adjust design per the client’s specifications/request
• Enhance knowledge and skills through continual learning and expanding knowledge and proficiency with design programs, graphic design, and print
• Communicate verbally or in writing instructions/information necessary to produce a successful end product
• Review production files with the Production team as needed, and collaborate on improvements
• Log and record projects in an organized manner
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace

Ideal qualifications for our Graphic Designer position

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience in the sign Industry
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to prioritize jobs, multitask, and work autonomously
• Determine the best output method based on the customer’s needs
• Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work
• Must have sign, print experience
• Understanding of color management concepts and procedures, and how it relates to print
• Friendly, well-spoken, and team-oriented!
