Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a healthy and safe working environment for all workers and reporting any related issues immediately to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensuring company policy, systems, and industry related training are followed and completed.
• Prepare the sample, submit for lab analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Collect and track samples from locations.
• Completing chain of custody forms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

• Valid TWIC Card.
• Forklift experience.
• 1-3 years of bulk waste/sampling experience.
• Able to pass drug screen and DISA background.
• Experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to plan, prioritize and execute against tight timelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and be able to pass, push, and pull to execute specific aspects of job duty.
• Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
• Climb ladders, scaffolding and into and out of trucks, tanks, and various other containers.
