Position Overview:

We are looking for a WordPress Developer + GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert who can design stunning, user-friendly websites and implement seamless automation systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both UI/UX website design and GoHighLevel CRM automation, helping us deliver world-class digital solutions for our clinic and agency clients.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development:

• Design and develop responsive, SEO-friendly WordPress websites with strong UI/UX focus.

• Customize themes, layouts, and plugins to meet project requirements.

• Ensure fast loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and optimized performance.

• Manage website security, backups, and updates.

• Integrate third-party tools such as forms, CRMs, and chat widgets.

GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation:

• Set up and manage GoHighLevel accounts, funnels, pipelines, and automations.

• Create automated workflows for lead generation, appointment booking, and client follow-up.

• Build landing pages, forms, and email/SMS campaigns inside GHL.

• Integrate GHL with websites, calendars, CRMs, and social media ads.

• Optimize campaigns for conversions and lead nurturing.

Additional Tasks:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for digital campaigns.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.

• Ensure all projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and automation trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in WordPress development (portfolio required).

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and front-end design.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Elementor, WPBakery, etc.

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — funnels, automations, email campaigns, etc.

• Understanding of API integrations, Zapier, and webhooks is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to work full-time on-site at our Clifton office.
