Role Overview
We are seeking a field-based Sales Representative to support the expansion of Cigaronne across selected on-trade accounts.
The role focuses on account acquisition, relationship management, and consistent brand presence, with an emphasis on quality partnerships rather than aggressive sales tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new on-trade accounts in line with company strategy
- Present Cigaronne products to relevant decision-makers
- Support account onboarding from first order through activation
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned accounts
- Ensure Cigaronne is represented in line with brand and regulatory guidelines
- Collect market feedback and share insights with management
- Maintain accurate records of field activity
Candidate Profile
Required
- Experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG, tobacco, alcohol, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and confidence when engaging clients
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Valid UAE driving licence
Preferred
- Existing on-trade or hospitality network
- UAE market experience
