Role Overview

We are seeking a field-based Sales Representative to support the expansion of Cigaronne across selected on-trade accounts.

The role focuses on account acquisition, relationship management, and consistent brand presence, with an emphasis on quality partnerships rather than aggressive sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new on-trade accounts in line with company strategy
  • Present Cigaronne products to relevant decision-makers
  • Support account onboarding from first order through activation
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned accounts
  • Ensure Cigaronne is represented in line with brand and regulatory guidelines
  • Collect market feedback and share insights with management
  • Maintain accurate records of field activity

Candidate Profile

Required

  • Experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG, tobacco, alcohol, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and confidence when engaging clients
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Valid UAE driving licence

Preferred

  • Existing on-trade or hospitality network
  • UAE market experience
