Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive – Project & Trade to handle sales of lighting fixtures and fittings across project-based and trade channels. The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, supporting ongoing projects, and driving sales through distributors and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle project sales with contractors, consultants, and developers
- Manage trade sales with retailers, distributors, and walk-in customers
- Identify and follow up on new projects and inquiries
- Prepare and submit quotations, BOQs, and tenders
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical support, and deliveries
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Track project status and ensure timely order closures
- Achieve assigned sales targets for both project and trade channels
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Follow up on payments and collections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Electrical, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in lighting or electrical sales (project & trade exposure preferred)
- Strong understanding of lighting fixtures, specifications, and applications
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English
