Job Description:

• Good Production Support L2 level of experience to analyze issues to its roots
• Knowledge of Azure, DEVOPS and DBA
• Experience with tidal job configuration
• Batch Scripting
• Experience in handing client task independently
• Understanding of basic programming languages like Unix,Powershell and python
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• UAT and SIT/Dev Support
• Release Management and Deployment
• Automation Tool Exposure
• DR Environment Exposure
• Access Control in UAT/PROD
• Client Handling
• Working across multiple Teams/ Interfaces
• Ticketing System
• PL/SQL Exposure ( Any database )
• DB Restore and Backup
• Improvement Implemented
• Communication Skills
• Scripting/Automation
• Cloud Exposure ( Azure/AWS )
