Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed? CDS in Texas is looking for an Entry-Level Onboarding Coordinator to join our New Hire team and play a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.

What You’ll Do:

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Verifying and processing new hire documentation in accordance with program rules
• Assisting with I-9 compliance, background checks, and state registry verifications
• Creating and maintaining employee files and demographic records
• Managing a caseload of clients and employees, ensuring all paperwork is complete
• Communicating with employers and employees to resolve onboarding issues
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless hiring experience
• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all regulatory requirements

✅ What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to learn agency-specific software
• Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
• A positive, empathetic, and proactive attitude
