The Onboarding Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging joining experience. The role works closely with HR, recruitment, PRO, IT, and department heads to ensure timely documentation, induction, and employee readiness.
Key AccountabilitiesManage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires (local and international).
Coordinate with recruitment, HR, PRO, and hiring managers to ensure timely joining.
Prepare and verify onboarding documentation (offer letters, contracts, policies, NDA, etc.).
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
Coordinate visa, medical, Emirates ID, and other joining formalities with PRO team.
Conduct or support employee induction and orientation programs.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners during the onboarding phase.
Track onboarding progress and resolve issues or delays proactively.
Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR onboarding, HR operations, or recruitment support.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and onboarding procedures is preferred.
Experience working with HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple joiners and meet tight deadlines.
