Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Executive to onboard new businesses joining our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire onboarding process, verifying their eligibility, assisting them in setting up their accounts, and resolving any issues they face during onboarding. This role ensures a smooth, efficient, and positive onboarding experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients to our logistics application by guiding them through each step of the setup process.
• Check and verify all eligibility criteria, required documents, and business details before approving client accounts.
• Assist clients in understanding platform features, functionality, and onboarding requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or process-related issues clients face during onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams (tech support, operations, sales) to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and update client information in the system.
• Provide clear communication to clients about onboarding timelines, requirements, and next steps.
• Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience to help clients successfully start using our services.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, client support, logistics operations, or application support (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple onboarding cases at once.
• Basic understanding of digital applications, dashboards, and troubleshooting steps.
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
