We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Onboarding Sales Coordinator to join our Holiday Homes team. In this role, you will support new property owners throughout the onboarding process-ensuring smooth documentation , property setup, inspections, and listing activation on major booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding for new property owners after agreement signing.
  • Schedule inspections, photoshoots, cleaning, and property setup.
  • Assist the sales team with proposals, contracts, and owner documentation.
  • Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and marketing teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service and regular updates to property owners.
  • Maintain organized digital files and onboarding trackers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in holiday homes, real estate, hospitality, or sales coordination.
  • Knowledge of DTCM regulations and holiday home permit process is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or any other languages is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
