Role Description

To oversee and manage the daily operations of properties and facilities, encompassing tasks such as facility maintenance, tenant relations, vendor management, budgeting, health and safety compliance, staff supervision, property inspections, emergency preparedness, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
  • Identify and resolve operational gaps, implementing effective solutions.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure performance and ensure corrective actions.
  • Lead, motivate, and support operational teams to achieve objectives.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, learning, and professional growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address training needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Implement quality control and risk management measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.
  • Manage stakeholder, supplier, and vendor relationships for smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Promote Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in operations management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities with a focus on team building & motivation.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of operational best practice.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operational analysis.
