Job Description:
Mersat Waste Management is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of daily waste collection operations. This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between the field, fleet, and management — driving efficiency and operational integrity across all service zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily waste collection schedules and route assignments.
• Support Operations Supervisors in managing drivers and helpers for compliance and performance.
• Track vehicle movements, maintenance, and downtime to ensure optimal utilization.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, shift logs, and manpower records.
• Ensure all services meet client SLAs and internal performance metrics.
• Promote adherence to Health & Safety protocols and operational SOPs.
• Act as a communication bridge between field operations and the management team.
• Assist in preparing performance reports and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in waste management, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Strong coordination and multitasking capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety principles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (verbal ).
• Proficiency in basic reporting and operational documentation.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
