Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily activities and staff performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
  • Coordinate between departments to optimize workflow and resource utilization
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to avoid shortages or downtime
  • Assist in scheduling shifts, approving time off, and maintaining duty rosters
  • Address operational challenges and implement process improvements
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on productivity and performance
  • Handle customer complaints or issues when escalated
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations or administrative roles; supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic business software

Working Conditions:

  • Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
  • Accommodation: Provided (Shared or Single, depending on designation)
  • Transport: Not required – workplace is within walking distance from accommodation
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
