The Role: Onboarding Specialist

We are hiring an Onboarding Specialist to own the initial implementation and early success of new dealership partners.

This role is critical to ensuring customers get up and running quickly, adopt the platform correctly, and start seeing results within the first 30-60 days.

This is a highly execution-focused role. You will run onboarding calls, train users, enforce best practices, and hold customers accountable to the process required to succeed on VETTX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding for new dealership accounts from kickoff through full implementation

  • Run structured onboarding and training calls with dealership teams and buyers

  • Ensure all users are properly set up, trained, and actively using the platform

  • Drive early adoption and activity within the first 30 days

  • Identify gaps in usage and correct behavior quickly

  • Partner with Account Managers and CSMs to ensure a smooth transition post-onboarding

  • Maintain detailed notes and activity tracking in CRM (Vitally)

What Good Looks Like:

  • Customers are fully onboarded within defined timelines

  • Buyers are actively working leads daily

  • Accounts are showing early traction (activity, offers, purchases)

  • No “stalled” or inactive new accounts

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years experience in onboarding, customer success, or account management

  • Strong communication and training skills

  • Comfortable leading calls and controlling conversations

  • Highly organized and process-driven

  • Ability to hold customers accountable without losing the relationship

  • Experience in automotive or SaaS is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • On-Target Earnings: $92,000 (Base + Performance Bonus)
