About the Role

Raisso is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of US healthcare professionals. The role focuses on compliance, documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding documentation, background checks, drug screens, and immunizations
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare and employment regulations
• Maintain accurate onboarding and compliance records
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and compliance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in onboarding, HR operations, or healthcare recruitment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts
