A collaborative, patient-centered healthcare team is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive cancer care across the full continuum. Position Overview:
The NP/PA will provide outpatient oncology care, including patient evaluations, symptom management, and survivorship care. This role involves close collaboration with medical oncologists and other clinical team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage oncology patients in an outpatient setting
• Provide symptom management and supportive care
• Participate in survivorship planning and follow-up care
• Collaborate with medical oncologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Compensation:

• $109,000 – $158,000 annually (based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner (AGNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Board certified
• Oncology experience required (NP or RN background acceptable)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Pay: $109,000.00 - $158,000.00 per year
