Oncology Sales Representative – Solid Tumors

📍 North Carolina Territory | Field-Based


We are seeking an experienced Oncology Sales Representative to join a growing commercial team supporting an innovative portfolio of therapies for solid tumor indications . This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with key oncology stakeholders, driving product awareness, and executing strategic territory plans across the North Carolina territory . The specific territory will be shared during the initial screening call.


This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong oncology background who thrives in a highly collaborative, science-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive adoption and appropriate use of oncology therapies within solid tumor indications .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, nurses, office practice managers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Deliver compelling, compliant product education and clinical data presentations to healthcare providers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within community oncology practices and academic centers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, market access, and marketing teams to support account strategies and patient access.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of clinical data, competitive landscape, and treatment paradigms in solid tumor oncology.
  • Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (oncology experience required) .
  • Demonstrated success selling into oncology practices and cancer centers.
  • Strong understanding of solid tumor treatment landscapes and oncology care pathways.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and territory management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
