Online Aggregator Coordinator – F&B

Job Description

We are looking for an Online Aggregator Coordinator to manage and support our F&B brand’s presence across food delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating online orders, updating menus, monitoring platform performance, and supporting sales growth through delivery apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online delivery platforms such as Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Keeta, and similar apps
• Update menus, prices, items, descriptions, and photos across platforms
• Monitor online orders and coordinate with operations teams
• Track platform performance, ratings, reviews, and customer feedback
• Coordinate promotions, discounts, and online campaigns
• Communicate with aggregator account managers and platform support teams
• Prepare sales reports and performance summaries
• Ensure accurate product availability and smooth online order flow

Requirements

• Previous experience with online food delivery aggregators
• Good knowledge of F&B operations and delivery platforms
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good computer skills and reporting ability
• Ability to work under pressure and solve issues quickly
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B online aggregator management, delivery platforms, or similar role preferred
