We are seeking a creative Online Content Creator to manage our company’s websites and all digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with an ability for content creation, ensuring our online presence is engaging, professional, and aligned with our business objectives. This role spans website management, social media, email campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives, requiring a balance of strategy, creativity, and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimise company websites, ensuring high performance, security, and usability.
• Design and implement new pages, updates for events, announcements, project wins, and blog posts.
• Maintain website performance, SEO fundamentals, and user experience improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement enhancements.
• Monitor and report SEO strategy, keyword tracking, and online analytics, providing a “so what” report.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop sector-specific content.
• Manage LinkedIn and other social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, and posting, working online with graphics designers for executions.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and thought leadership content with support from the technical team.
• Ensure all online content is clear, professional, and consistent with the company’s brand and messaging framework.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Development or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content writing or editing (preferably in engineering, technology, or B2B sectors).
• Experienced in website management, social media strategy, and online content creation.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical information into engaging content.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword tracking, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects across different digital channels.
• Collaborative, working effectively with marketing, technical, and leadership teams.
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing required.
