Job Title: Online Customer Service Executive
We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Online Customer Service Executive to manage and enhance our digital customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for ethnic fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Customer Interaction & Brand Representation:
Handle customer inquiries and interactions across digital platforms including Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. Ensure timely, courteous, and brand-aligned communication at all times.
Virtual Shopping Assistance (Video Calls):
Conduct video calls with customers to showcase sarees, salwars, and other collections.
Product Guidance & Online Sales Support:
Assist customers with product inquiries by understanding their preferences, occasions (weddings, festive, casual), and styling needs. Recommend suitable sarees, salwars, and related products to drive online conversions.
Order & Post-Purchase Support:
Manage queries related to order status, shipping, and general after-sales support. Resolve concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration & Feedback Management:
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, marketing) to address customer needs and share customer feedback to improve products and services.
