Job Title: Online Dance Teacher / Instructor (Full-Time | Work From Home)

About the Role
We are a growing online dance and fitness academy based in New Delhi, providing live virtual classes to students across India and international time zones. Our students include kids (ages 4–10) and adult women who enjoy learning dance in a structured yet enjoyable online environment.

We are hiring an Online Dance Teacher / Instructor who can conduct regular live classes. The role may include Bollywood dance and dance-fitness formats depending on student batches and schedule.

Role Summary
As an Online Dance Teacher, you will conduct live online dance sessions in group and one-on-one formats. Your responsibility is to guide students through movements clearly, help them improve coordination and confidence, and ensure classes are interactive and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online dance classes for kids and adult learners.
• Teach basic to intermediate dance routines with clear step breakdowns.
• Maintain proper class structure including warm-up and practice time.
• Encourage student participation and consistent performance.
• Adjust teaching pace based on student comfort and skill level.
• Provide simple verbal feedback to help students improve.
• Follow internal teaching guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Experience in teaching dance (Bollywood or related styles preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (online or offline).
• Comfortable teaching on camera and managing virtual classes.
• Ability to work with children and adult students.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Laptop, stable internet connection, and clear audio setup.

Work Schedule
Full-time role with flexible working hours. Classes may be scheduled on weekdays or weekends based on student batches. Average working hours range from 4–6 hours per day.

Work Mode
Permanent, remote work-from-home position.
