Online delivery Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Online delivery Coordinator.....

  • Track and monitor online customer orders from placement through successful delivery.
  • Accurately enter and update order information in the ERP system. (SAP)
  • Verify order details, pricing, product specifications, and customer information before processing.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Follow up on pending orders and delivery schedules to minimize delays.
  • Monitor delivery status and provide updates to customers and management when required.
  • Scanning shipment with PDT to match and upload the detail.
  • Check inventory levels and locate product availability across warehouses or branches.
  • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for out-of-stock items.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • · Hands-on experience with SAP or any ERP systems is preferred.
  • · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
