Key Responsibilities: Online delivery Coordinator.....
- Track and monitor online customer orders from placement through successful delivery.
- Accurately enter and update order information in the ERP system. (SAP)
- Verify order details, pricing, product specifications, and customer information before processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on pending orders and delivery schedules to minimize delays.
- Monitor delivery status and provide updates to customers and management when required.
- Scanning shipment with PDT to match and upload the detail.
- Check inventory levels and locate product availability across warehouses or branches.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for out-of-stock items.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- · Hands-on experience with SAP or any ERP systems is preferred.
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
